FAQ
Will the servers be in our name or yours?
We recommend the OVH or Hetzner account be in your company's name — that way you own the infrastructure and can change contractors at any time. If needed, we can rent the servers on your behalf.
One server is enough for us. Is that too small?
No. A typical setup is one or two dedicated servers with Proxmox and a backup in another location. What matters is not size, but that it runs and can be restored.
What happens if a server goes down?
Monitoring alerts us and we deal with the cause. For critical services we design redundancy: a second server, database replication or fast restore from backup.
Can some services stay in the cloud?
Yes. Hybrid setups are common: e.g. CDN or object storage in the cloud, compute and databases on your own hardware.
